This year, my primary responsibility in the broadcast class was crafting engaging Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) videos. Tasked with promoting school events through captivating short videos, our aim was to enhance our school's online presence by sharing these videos across our social media platforms and the BNN YouTube page. These IMC videos not only served as promotional tools for important school events but also succeeded in driving traffic to our social media channels. It marked our inaugural attempt at this innovative marketing approach, which not only attracted new followers to our social media accounts but also conveyed a unified message across all our platforms.
In recognition of my efforts, I was honored to receive two prestigious awards from the Integrated Marketing Communication Association (IMCA). These awards, received on April 10, 2023, included the Best Video Ad and Best Video Series categories. The accolades were a testament to the quality and impact of my work, highlighted by an advertisement promoting "iGive Catholic," a national day of giving for Catholic organizations, and a series of appreciation videos celebrating various groups within our school community. These achievements not only reaffirmed my commitment to excellence in marketing but also underscored the effectiveness of our efforts in reaching and engaging our audience.

IGive Catholic is a national day of giving for all Catholic schools and parishes around the country. This video was promoted that day for St. Joe. Along with our editor, we wrote, filmed, and edited this video for all of our platforms.

Catholic Schools Week
This may have been my favorite project that I worked on this year. My principal asked me to produce four different videos that we could push out during Catholic Schools Week 2023. Catholic Schools Week is a week to promote Catholic education and appreciate all the groups that it takes to make it possible. Each video expresses our gratitude to everyone who makes St. Joe the place it is! This promo video single ad won first place at the Integrated Marketing Communication Association, an international high school journalist competition.

At the start of the school year, I collaborated with our principal to create a video, aimed at informing our school community about the upcoming academic year. I produced the entirety of the video from planning, scripting, and editing, ensuring it addressed key changes for the school year.

Fall Play 2023
Promoting the fall play was the first marketing campaign that I was tasked with. We pushed out three different videos in the weeks leading up to the production, "A Christmas Story". The first video focused on set building. The aim was to show the viewer the very early stages of the production coming together in a suspenseful way. The second two presented information in an amusing way that got our school excited about the production. I wrote, filmed, and edited all of the videos myself and even appeared on camera for the second promo. This promo video series won first place at the Integrated Marketing Communication Association, an international high school journalist competition.

Spring Musical 2023
For the promotion of the Spring Musical, I had the privilege of being backstage for opening night, immersing myself in the vibrant energy of the performance. I crafted a promotional video immediately after the show, which was promptly released the following morning to generate buzz and excitement for the remaining weekend performances. This strategic approach to promotion effectively extended the reach of the musical and contributed to its overall success.

Fall Play 2024
Utilizing my skills in video production, I crafted a compelling advertisement for the fall play "On The Tip of My Tongue," which aired on our school's social media platforms and featured as a commercial break during our weekly Bruin News Now broadcast. The advertisement effectively captured the essence of the play and generated excitement within our school community.
